Return and refund policy

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

We know that’s a firm policy — but it’s what allows us to keep prices fair and avoid waste. We appreciate your understanding.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email hello@dayseven.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you.
